COVID-19 Vaccination Sites.

Situation
The hospital was presented with a major operational challenge of running a COVID-19 vaccination centre.
Task
The hospital urgently needed a local telephone number that could be answered by multiple call-handlers regardless of location, which would enable patients to book vaccination appointments.
Action
Cellhire provided its AllTalk VoIP Phone & Virtual PBX solution with a single local number that automatically routed calls to multiple call-handlers wherever they were based.
Result
The hospital successfully launched a single phone number vaccine appointment service using AllTalk. AllTalk supported multiple call-handlers using its AllTalk Smartphone VoIP Phone App and handled large volumes of simultaneous incoming calls.
